Setting the sun...

Those At The Top

Hello there Knight Life readers! I hope your week is going well, and if you’re here then thank you so much for reading! This post is just a little run down of all the updates that have happened in the past couple of weeks, I’m so excited to share them with you, so enjoy!

1. Debut Novella
I’m buzzing with joy to let you all know that over the past couple of months I started and completed my first debut novella which I will be publishing next year. There is so much more to tell you on this, so stay tuned. I can’t wait to unveil everything for you and show off all of my hard work (and not to mention all the hardworking people who are involved with this project). Look out for a ‘This Year’ post at the beginning of 2016, I’ll give you all that you need to know then.

2. T2
I recently left my part-time position at Lush Cosmetics. After many years of soap and bubbles I decided that it was the best time for something more in-tea-resting! I now work just casually at T2, and on most days of the week I’m writing/editing/blogging and getting my writing  business out there!

3. Everyday Heroes (Finale)
A couple of weeks ago I wrapped up my Everyday Heroes series with my final interview! After weeks of not interviewing, I got back into the groove so easily, and I simply loved typing up this final interview and I can’t wait to publish it! Again, keep your eyes peeled, my final interview will be with Komal Singh, a hardworking and inspirational nurse who is based right here in Melbourne!

4. Crowds
Just days ago I finished writing the fifth (and final!) character for Crowds! As this character is getting illustrated and edited, I am so excited to publish this last character, and wrap up this series. I am so proud of Crowds; it’s also so wonderful when I say that I’m going to do something, and I actually do it! I hope you are enjoying Mr. Tang, and look out for my final character in November!

5. After Ever After
In January through to early February I will publishing a ‘pilot’ series on my blog titled After Ever After. This is a contemporary comedy about fairytales! During November I will be writing this series, and if it takes off, I might even turn it into a longer series on my blog next year/even publish it in book format. Who knows? Stay tuned!

6. Hearts
Hearts! Hearts! Hearts! Over this month I am dedicating it to the re-drafting process of Hearts. I can’t wait to get back into it, and fall in love with the characters again. By the end of this year, 3/4 of my manuscript will have being edited: how crazy?! I’m so excited, every time I get back into re-drafting/editing/writing it really affirms me that this is what I’m meant to be doing!

7. Christmas
Ooooh! Keep an eye out of a little Christmas segment that I will be posting on my blog THIS year! I can’t wait to share it all with you, again, you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled!

As always, so much is happening, but it really is nothing without YOU here. Thank you to all who have supported me (this far), and thank you again to all of you who are here on my lil’ blog, reading and enjoying the work that I’m putting out there!

Watch this space! The climb starts NOW!
